Social Service Unit

The Unit's staff provides comprehensive services to both homebound and ambulatory seniors so that they can remain in their homes. Services include supportive counseling, help with benefit applications, end of life planning, crisis intervention as well as referral to other services such as visiting nurses, home delivered meals and volunteer legal assistance.
