Governor Pataki Visits Carter Burden Luncheon Club!

They all knew the menu would be beef stew, rice and carrots, but the seniors who were waiting for lunch at the CBLC weren’t expecting the visitors who stopped by to say hello: NY Governor George Pataki, along with then-candidate for NY City Council District 5, Dr. Joel Zinberg, and City Councilmember elect Jessica Lapin.
